Challenge

Reps work in environments that are fast and high-pressure, where literally every minute counts. Via user interviews and surveys, we surfaced a clear pain point: their tasks were fragmented across multiple tools, causing friction and constant context-switching. They needed a quicker, more integrated way to capture notes, remind themselves of things, and place orders without having to jump between apps.

Results

A seamlessly connected app that puts everything reps need right at their fingertips. Their day naturally moves between leads and projects, so we created a unified way to manage both: bringing context, progress, and actions into one cohesive flow. Reminders, orders, and notes became the core features that keep each project alive and moving forward.
