CoCreate
An innovative team-building program that blended fun with professional growth, enabling participants to build valuable skills through engaging creative challenges. Each month, team members completed a small design exercise, shared their results, and at the end of the challenge, voted on the projects that won in the different categories.
CoCreate consists of 1 to 2 hour sessions designed to spark creativity through short, hands-on exercises. There are no boundaries, just one rule: it must involve something manual. In a world driven by digital tools, we believe that reconnecting with our hands and physical processes not only unlocks new ways of thinking but also strengthens team bonds, fostering collaboration and creativity through shared experiences.
